The moment you fall asleep,

You might experience dreams that you want to keep,

But there are some you just want to forget,

The ones that made you move in a mannerly fidget.

The moment you fall asleep be ready for a nightmare,

Because terror you don’t want to see will make you scare,

Even though it’s just in your mind still beware,

Because these nightmares I talk about is nothing to compare.

So enjoy the moment you are awake,

Because you might not know that it’s all just a fake,

The nightmare you see is actually your reality,

Made up by your mind full of anxiety.
