Ito ay mula sa salitang taga-ilog.

Kaya't subukan naman natin mag-Tagalog.

Hindi ko lalaliman na puwede mo ika-hulog.

Wag mag-alala na baka iyong ulo ay maalog.


Pasensya saaking pagsusulat.

Tula kong ito ay kasing alat ng dagat.

Ngayon lang ako nagsulat gamit ang wikang Tagalog.

Pag-isip palang ng salita ang ulo ko'y nadurog.


Ito'y naisulat mula umaga hanggang gabi.

Wala naman ako ibang puwedeng masabi.

Itong sulatin ay hindi kasing kinang ng perlas.

Napiga aking ulo hanggang maubusan ng katas.
